Our Process

Phase 1 – Meet your Designer

Your first meeting with your designer will be a discussion about what area(s) you are looking to improve upon. We will review these areas, discussing your wants, needs and style for your new space. We request at this time, that you provide a rough drawing of the area(s) with measurements, plumbing & electrical locations.

Phase 2 – Design Proposal
This phase is where the excitement begins! Your designer will send you perspectives and coloured 3D renderings of your space, this will give a visual representation of what you can expect your space to look like. At this stage you will also receive the initial quotes for cabinetry and stone.
Phase 3 – Revisions
Sometimes the first draft is not the final and that is okay! Revisions happen, and we are here to help make sure you get the design you want.
Phase 4 – On-Site Visit
Next step in our process is having our site coordinator come and take measurements of each area of your home that we will be working in. At this time some discussions could include, plumbing and electrical locations, bulk heads and possible design suggests to help you maximize your space. Measurement drawings are then brought back to your designer and revised based on what was taken from site.
Phase 5 – Final Design Meeting
During this meeting with your designer, you will be reviewing all the final design plans, selections, appliance specs, and quotes. Upon signoffs being completed, a fifty percent deposit is taken. In addition, you will also receive a timeline for your cabinetry and countertop install dates.
Phase 6 – Manufacturing
Your cabinets are finally being made! This exciting process will typically take 8-12 weeks. Did you know we produce everything in our state-of-art facility located right here in Waterloo?
Phase 7 – Installation
The day of your installation will start with a visit from our professional delivery team. They will unload your millwork and bring it into your home. Your installer will then arrive to get the process started. Installation can take anywhere from a couple hours to a couple days pending the size of your project. Once the installer is completed, there may be service that needs to be addressed. If this is the case, you will be contacted by our service team to schedule a trip to come and finalize your job.
Phase 8 – Walk Through
After your installation is completed, please ensure that you or your contractor do a thorough walk through of the areas that are completed. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out and let us know so we can make it right.
